Join me today, as we welcome Marty Park, a business coach and advisor and President of Evolve Business Group. I enjoyed polishing Marty’s elevator pitch. I loved that it was brief and pain-based because 70% of humans purchase based on pain.
My first suggestion for sexing up his pitch was to make it more of a hook for his super niching. I asked Marty which industry he would want to double his business in. Marty identified professional services and we drilled down to law firms.
We then worked to identify to most expensive problem that Marty solves, increasing billable hours. Finally, to make his elevator pitch even sexier, I suggested adding in a statistic to further illustrate the value of his services.
