Because “70% of humans purchase based on pain,” I suggested that Chris adds a pain statistic around optimization to better illustrate the need for his service. We uncovered the fact that most people design websites based on gut feelings rather than what helps convert traffic into sales. The pain Chris identified was that many businesses had low conversion rates meaning they were leaving money on the table.
Next, we discussed which industries Chris could target as a super niche. Chris identified a high-profit business that’s currently in demand, e-bikes. Finally, I suggested he puts a dollar value on the loss to his potential clients if they don’t work with him.
